Before becoming a yoga teacher, transformational coach and healer I had a 20 year corporate career, burned out and broke down.

Now in my 50's I understand only too well the toll that modern life can take on your body and mind, and also how important it is to commit to supporting yourself with a regular movement practice, that works on all levels of you. 

My yoga classes are challenging, empowering and healing, and work on your body, mind and being.

My mission is to be a beacon of aliveness, vitality and transformation for all ages, and inspire you to become stronger, more balanced and connected to yourself.

My classes are challenging enough to function as your sole source of 'workout', or to support you in building deeper strength, prevent injury, or gain greater mobility.

As stress is the root cause of most disease, you'll learn tools to calm your body and support your nervous system. These are essential tools for life and longevity.

Life can feel overwhelming, lacking in space and short on time. We are often stressed, anxious and doubtful of our own capabilities.

My classes will connect you to your inner strength.

They will also help you get quiet and calm, find clarity and re-gain perspective. 

They will give you a dedicated time to focus wholly on you and your sanity, to re-evaluate and see life, yourself and your greatness, with fresh clear eyes.

BEING = PEACE

When we breathe, slow down and fully inhabit our bodies, we get quiet enough to connect to who we really are, and what we want. We become aware of where we feel stuck, and where we're getting in our own way.

With practice you'll learn to listen to the language of your body and the noise of the mind, and discover the truth in the quiet.

When you know what's in your way, you know what you need to get beyond in order to move forward.

Each of my live full length classes is unique, but also familiar, and will strengthen and stretch your whole body, leaving you feeling invigorated, open and calm.

My background is in Power Vinyasa, which simply means a strong flow. My yoga is for people who like to move and be challenged, and who embrace the contrasts of intensity and peace, dynamism and stillness.

My classes will build strength, mobility and stamina that you can take into the gym, onto the pitch, or into life. 

Plateaued Practice 

Maybe you've been doing yoga for years but your practice isn't evolving. My classes will help you engage with the poses in a more focused way, and build what you need to take you to your next level. 

Ageing Athletes

If you're in, or nearing, middle age (like me), your body is likely slowing down and stiffening. My yoga will challenge you, give you a sense of progress and deliver real results in how your body feels & functions.

Everyone benefits from moving, breathing and opening their body. I give options for different levels of strength and flexibility, and with regular practice, you'll see the impact throughout your life.

New To Yoga

Welcome! If you're already fit and strong, jump in and you'll pick things up quickly. If you don't exercise, try my Friday Restorative Flow class and see how you get on.

Yoga is a practice and our bodies all carry different histories. There is no good or bad. This is about connecting to your body, making poses work for you, growing your body's capabilities... And having fun!
