Unlike group classes, 1-2-1 and small group classes allow your yoga experience to be fully designed around your particular needs and goals - helping you to go further faster, and build confidence quickly.
Small group classes are also great for friends or partners to connect and share an experience... as well as the cost.

Supporting Injury or Challenges
Tricky injuries or physical challenges can mean being part of a bigger class doesn't work. 1-2-1's allow for more creativity, and we can explore how to build strength where you specifically need it, and open your body at your unique pace.

Not Getting What You Need
Maybe you've plateaued in your yoga practice and want some tips to reinvigorate it, develop new skills, or try out more advanced poses. Or maybe you're just not getting the attention you want or deserve.

Not Ready To Go Public
If you're a beginner and want to build confidence in private and get the basics down, 1-2-1's and small group classes are a great way to get more attention and guidance. You'll build confidence quickly, in a supportive environment, without feeling lost.

You're Just Not Getting It
In a normal class, you can't ask questions, nor explore in the way you want to. 1-2-1's provide the opportunity to go deep, play and figure out how to adjust poses to make them really work for you.
